Practical Course Day – First Aid

Before attending the Practical Course Day, all participants are required to complete our E-Learning modules. These modules are available via our Digital Safety Environment, where each participant receives their own personal login credentials.

The E-Learning platform is accessible via desktop and smartphone, making it easy for participants to prepare in their own time. It offers theoretical background and core concepts that lay the groundwork for the hands-on exercises to follow. This preparation ensures that participants are already familiar with the content before arriving at the training

E-Learning Preparation

By completing the E-Learning in advance, participants can:

  • Build foundational knowledge of first aid
  • Become familiar with procedures and scenarios
  • Maximise practical time during the course day
  • Arrive more confident and ready for real-life application

This online preparation allows the Practical Day to focus entirely on applying knowledge in realistic situations, enhancing both the effectiveness and efficiency of the training.

What Happens on the Practical Course Day?

During the in-person training day, participants rotate through our interactive SKILL carousel. Working in small groups of up to 4 people, they move between multiple hands-on stations — each focused on a specific emergency response skill.

At each station, participants:

  • Practice core first aid techniques
  • Apply their knowledge in realistic scenarios
  • Receive direct coaching from professional instructors
  • Are assessed on performance at selected stations

This structured and dynamic approach keeps participants engaged, while ensuring they leave with concrete, job-relevant first aid skills.

As a result, your team receives:

  • Training that meets national safety standards
  • Course content aligned with your emergency response plan
  • Skills that are immediately applicable to your daily practice

This blended learning method ensures a high-impact experience, preparing your staff to act quickly and effectively in case of an emergency.
