Course information First Aid Basic English
The Basic First Aid course is designed for individuals and organizations seeking a solid foundation in first aid knowledge and hands-on skills. It covers a wide range of topics, including:
- Recognizing and responding to common injuries: such as wounds, burns, fractures, and bleeding.
- Assessing and managing illness and medical emergencies: including fainting, seizures, and signs of cardiovascular issues.
- CPR and airway management: including mouth-to-mouth, mask-assisted breathing, and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) use.
- Scenario-based practice and role play: allowing participants to apply their knowledge in realistic, job-relevant simulations.
- Regulatory compliance: the course meets the standards recommended by the UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE) for training an “appointed person” in emergency first aid responsibilities.

Assessment and Certification
